How to Claim Money Back:

1. Offer is valid on Philips Electric Toothbrushes purchased at www.shop-philips.com.ph from March 23 – April 8, 2022 only.
2. Fill-out the claim form within 25 calendar days from the date of purchase, and include the following information:
   1. Contact details
   2. Reason for returning the product
   3. Purchase details (date of purchase, invoice, product photos)
3. Our Customer Success team will review the claim form and share the return/delivery details via email. The item should be returned 10 calendar days from the receipt of the email confirmation, otherwise, request will be forfeited.
4. Shipment and corresponding costs will be c/o customer. Focus Global Inc. will not be liable for any losses during transit of items.
5. Upon receipt of the item, we will conduct a final evaluation. Only approved items are entitled to receive the refund.
6. Promo is not valid on products purchased from Philips Personal Care Lazada and Shopee stores and authorized resellers.
